Teaching limited-income families across Maryland how to eat healthier and make smarter choices.
I have worked at the University of Maryland Extension SNAP-Ed since 2012, creating initiative branding, curricula content, advertising campaigns, video editing and more to help families all across the state to live healthier lives on a limited income.
Stakeholder Reports and Data Talking Points
MD SNAP-Ed collects vital data from multiple sources showing how each initiative affects Maryland families in positive ways. Through the use of pleasant color palates and infographics, complex data can be presented in an easily-digestible way.

Branding and Promoting New Initiatives
MD SNAP-Ed develops several initiatives each year that promote healthy lifestyle in the home, the marketplace and at school. The branding and design for each initiative depends on the target audience which may range from the general public, families, students and teachers, or low-literacy populations.
I start with a logo for each initiative and expand into curricula, promos, or other collateral as needed.
